Pink laptops may very well have come onto the scene beginning with the 2001 movie ‘Legally Blonde’.  In that comedy movie starring Reese Witherspoon, her character Elle Woods sports a shockingly pink laptop.  Was there supposed to be something funny about a blonde lawyer with a pink laptop?  Back in 2001, there apparently was.  Today, pink laptops are made by all of the major computer companies, and men as well as women carry pink laptops.

Of course, pink laptops are not the norm.  They still turn heads and the ‘normal’ laptop is still boringly black, but if you’re in the market for a laptop and think you might be inclined to make your next laptop a pink one, these are some models and manufacturers to know about. They’re not listed in any order of preference, so please do your own research into what will suit your needs best.

The Acer Aspire One Netbook Laptop comes in Rose Pink with wifi and a webcam.  The screen is only 10.1 inches and Windows XP Home is the operating system. The choices in pink laptops are growing as the major computer manufacturers work to meet the demand for style and technology.
